So my roomate is in the hospital (she has another ovarian cyst due to endometriosis ...) and so I'm taking care of Chester as well as Ava. But poor chester is soooooooooooooo attached to christi. He's barely eating, and just sits, watching the door, waiting for her to come home. =C

I wish I could distract him, but he's seriously depressed. It's like he just got dumped! (And I dont think booze and strippers would work in this situation)

Poor little guy.......I had a fluff like that too. I would leave her with my mom (my mom had a maltipoo at the time that my fluff loved) and my mom said for the first few days, she would not play or eat. :( :( But then after that, she started to eat and play and be her normal self. We never were gone for more than a week at a time but when we came back, she was as happy as could be to see us! :) :) ............and us her!!! Hopefully he will settle down and start relaxing/eating again.

poor baby I had one that if I had to be gone from home for a day or so she would retreat to her crate and would not come out I went on ladies only vacation for a week and after the 3rd day my husband made her get out to eat and drink

Aww my parents lab is like that except when they leave she pretends she can't walk. My grandpa ALWAYS takes her to the vet too and the first few times my parents came home and as soon as she saw them she was walking. Now we know but in her old age we always worry that she's not faking :(

Can you take Chester to the hospital? Maybe they'll let him see her during visitor hours.. Lol poor guy

lol it would have to be male strippers (We seriously think he's gay...) and my roommate came home today! I'm so happy! I was lonely without her =C

She and I have been best friends since we were two years old. So we've been friends for nearly 23 years. She's more like a sister than a friend. And we call each others parents mom and dad. So I've been wandering around the apartment all lonely =C

Not to say I wasn't visiting her in the hospital. The nurses thought we were nuts because every time they came in to check her vitals the two of us were curled up in the bed together watching tv =D

Last time she was in the hospital from a cyst (the first one) they were pushing both of us around the ER in the beds. ^^

Chester hasn't left her side since she got home. It's super cute. ^^

We used to have 2 babies that would not eat at all when we were gone.
The relatives who took care of them would take them on their lap and feed them a piece at a time: the only way either one would eat! And just enough not to starve!!

I am very happy for Chester! Mommy is back!:D
And very happy for you that your roommate/friend/sister is back home!!!:D:D:D

Well glad that she is home and recovering and that Chester is by her side.........I am sure he is delighted and bet she was glad to see him. I envy you having a sister/friend..........:)
