Upgrading beds, but what to get?

My baby seems to be getting too big for her bed (see before and after pics) and I think its about time I bought her a new one. Any recommendations?

Aww shes SO cute in her bed!!

We always pick up beds that have the bolsters on them. Especially when their on sale. We have a BUNCH of beds laying around the house. Walgreens usually has cheap beds but they don't seem to last us to long.. I don't have specific beds in mind sorry!

I usually buy ours at Walgreens. They are cheap, big, and the boys seem to like them.

You seen the new ones they have Ash? Their super cute!! I think their like a denim type fabric.. with stripes in all different colors!!

No! I haven't been in a while. I'll have to check it out... not that we need any more. Smokey is the only one that lays on them... Chip just humps them. We already have 4 or 5 laying around the house that barely get used.

Yea and usually they are about $10. Only one that I had for the boys tore and that was because they were fighting over it. Chip was humping it and Smokey was trying to be annoying, so they started playing tug of war with it. lol

Yes and their super cheap!! No more than $10 I think.. I used to have this cute wicker basket bed for Mitzy that was heart shaped and the pillow was a pink heart.. very cute but got chewed up :p

Mine love floor pillows and beds of all kinds!! Of course having floor pillows, we are able to lay on the floor with the fluffs and use them as head pillows. I don't think you can have too many beds.

Do you have a price range you are tied into??? There are some retailers on the site that have some beds in their stores that they sell and give a discount to Maltese Talk members. Check them out.

Sassy is now 6.5 yrs. old and I am still in search of a "perfect" bed. We have beds all over the house, and I have donated beds, given beds away, etc. I think next I am going to try a firmer bed. Something made more like a real mattress. I think with her long coat she steps on her hair when she gets into a too soft bed and walking on her hair is not a good thing.

Hummmm, I have a pattern for a fancy upholstered bed. Maybe I should tackle that project and try my luck at making one. :confused:

I agree that with so many vendors selling beds, maybe try using your discount and find something you think your babies might like.

I think she looks cute in her bed.. Mine personally like the smaller ones. They like the snug feeling and then when the stretch out they have ther legs hanging over the side. I have 2 larger beds but my cats sleep in those, my doggies love the smaller ones...

My mom just went to petco and got a nice bed there ill take a pic this weekend and post it being that they have 3 dogs she had to get a big bed they had smaller ones the one she got was 40$....that bed is for only the day time when they want to "nap" or eat their treats in... 2 dogs sleep with my parents and 1 dog sleeps with my sister. same with my dog i got a big fluffy one at marshalls for 20$ she only eats her bone on it or when she does something wrong(like eat my strawberry plants!!!!!) other then that my big baby(shes 26lbs) is in bed with us...we have a full bed being that the baby is teething he ends up in bed with us around 330 am

OMG, my first son (now17) stayed in the bed with us till he was 5:eek::eek:
I took him in cause he was teething also , then I never got rid of him:lol2:
so after that I never brought my 2 other boys in the bed..
