I want to thank you all that have so generously donated to CRA's need for harnesses and leashes...I am overwhelmed at the response...thank you all each and every one will be put to good use for another little fluff.

Thanks again, Belinda and CRA

And thank you, Belinda, for taking the time to collect and organize them and then get them where they need to be - I am sure that is no small task! ;)
I admit I shed tears when I packed up the little harness that my little Olivia wore the day she came to me just a few short months ago...but it was not only tears of sadness at my loss of her, but also tears of thankfulness that it will be put on another tiny little girl as she begins her "new life" as a beloved pet. :)

In life we have a lot of moments that are "bittersweet" this was one of those moments for you...Thank You

You aren't prying at all! :) Olivia was my little yorkie that I got as a rehome just last October when she was 8 yrs old, and I loved her dearly. She had not been taken well care of her few first years and desperately needed a dental when I got her; we did all of the pre-op bloodwork and testing but sadly when they gave her the anesthetic her heart stopped beating. :( I was totally shocked when the vet called and gave me the news, and I had a hard time dealing with her sudden death. Here is the post about Olivia and how my new little maltese Gracie came into our home. Like Belinda said, donating Olivia's harness was bittersweet for me...but the thought of another little yorkie girl wearing it just somehow seems "right"...

Yes, I now do remember that post.
I am so sorry for your loss, when you lose a baby suddenly it just so heart breaking. I lost my baby girl suddenly just shy of her second birthday so I understand your pain.

Lots of hugs coming your way xoxoxoxox

I know what you need about bittersweet, I made my Sammy maree a heap of lovely clothes and I had kept them in a bag tucked away for almost a year when I decided I would like to see another beautiful girl strut around in those outfits, so I sent them off to Jac for beautiful Dakota to wear.
