Maggie May be moving in with Us!

Well as most of you may or may not not depending on how long you have been around MT........I went July 4th weekend to Maggie's (Mia's Mom) house to get little Buffy in 2008. It was such a joy to meet her family and of course see my Cody boy and of course see Maggie again! :p

Well this July 4th we are taking another road trip hoping that Maggie will be leaving her family and moving to central Florida to live with hubby and I. We are taking our fluffs and headed to Pensacola Florida to ClabecMaltese to look at little Miss Maggie. If all works out, she will be coming home with us and joining the pack. This time I will have a hands on experience with Maggie, the fluffs will be able to intereact with her and Hubby will see her first hand also. He is such a sucker for little girl maltese. If nothing else, it will be a nice trip and an opportunity to see Becky and her fluffs.........but she better hide Jackirose :D :D :D :D :D

So I'll be sure to post how things went. Here is a picture of her when she was first starting out in the showring. She is a doll! I just had to share this exciting upcoming trip with all my friends here at MT!!!! My Family Online! :hearter::hearter:

Oh that was such a nightmare!!! I hate to drive in the rain now; before I was fearless...........it was just soooooooooo scarey with all four fluffs in the car and then the tow truck ride. It was just awful. Hopefully we will have a safe trip and fall in love with Maggie.

Well as most of you know, it did not work out with Maggie becoming part of our pack. She just did not take to us like we had hoped. She is a cutie tiny little thing but was very shy with us. When Becky was there, she was a happy and active little gal. As soon as she left, she withdrew and hid from us. Took a bit but we finally convinced her we would not harm her and she let us pet her and hold her but she still had that scarey and confused look. When Becky came, she was a whole different dog.........remarkable difference in her personality. So we thought it was in the best interest of Maggie that she stay with Becky since she was so attached to her. Here are a few shots of our time with Maggie........she was a tiny cutie pie.
