Hello from a dog lover in Florida!

Hi! My name is Vicky and I was urged to join here by my friend, your new moderator, JesBred. :) I live in Tallahassee, Florida with my boyfriend and my one year old Yorkie, Zoë. Though I don't own a Maltese I have always been and always will be a dog lover.

I guess that's it. Hi everyone! :)

Your little Zoe is absolutely adorable.........what an adorable squishy little face you just want to plant kisses all over. She is a doll!!!! You have any baby pictures of her??? I love to compare the baby pics with their adult pics because it is so hard to tell what they are going to look like but she has perfect features.

Oh, I also live in Florida, have three skinkids, a wonderful hubby, a yorkie boy almost 4 years old and three female maltese. But don't you fret about not having a maltese, not everyone on the forum has a maltese but we are one big happy family!!!

No skinkids here, but Zoë certainly doesn't mind being our baby. We joke every day that the similarities between Zoë and a real baby just are endless. :D She can either be Little Miss Independent and want to do her own thing. OR she can be completely needy and MUST be near/on you. One minute she refuses to be in the same area of the house and the next she will insist on being as close as possible, in fact she'll frequently lay on top of you and fall asleep. If you actually dare move or move her, well that's just crazy. Zoë couldn't possibly sleep if she's not completely on you! :lol2: But really Zoë is just the sweetest little baby. She's mostly a very mellow baby, she'll sleep any time and anywhere. But when she's hyper and feels like playing .... she's a live wire! :tounge:

Well she was darling as a baby puppy!!! She just evolved into a beautiful young lady with an adorable face...........she started out beautiful. Thanks for sharing!!!! You are such a proud mommy and it shows!!!!! :p
