View Full Version : Madan Pink Comb/Brush

Well, I bought the pink Madan brush and comb from mimimomo and it works wonderfully. I really like it. The brush is gentle on the coat and does seem to work deep into the coat yet not harm their skin. I should have the hubby write a review on the pink comb as the first time he used it, he said he really liked it better than the CC combs. So two thumbs up 18117 for this product.I also have the blue and the purple brushes. I use the blue for brushing out and the purple on the wet hair brush out after bath. But I do still use the CC brushes and combs. I guess I just like to have different options for different parts of the brush out. I also like the boars hair brushes from CC and have the soft, medium and Hard.........I think I am a groomer's tool addict!:lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2:

Looks like I will placing an order..are you talking about the steel comb or the plastic ones? They both look amazing.

I want the pink brush too..I am glad to know you noticed a difference between that and the purple brush (which we both had previously).

I am talking about the silicon comb..........I have the steel comb from CC and figure it is pretty much the same as the madan steel........but the pink madan one I just received is wonderfully soft and flows through the coats.

I just got mine today.. and those cute clips!! I LOVE them!! The brush is AMAZING!! SO soft and the comb is great for putting in topknots!! The clips are just too cute and are great for holding back those strays. Thanks Jenny!!

Hello and welcome to MT!! I ordered mine from another member Jenny (mimimomo). If you look under "Maltese Products for Sale", Jenny started a thread called "Madan Brushes for Sale".

I already have the purple one but I have ordered the pink brush, comb and band scissors from Jenny and can't wait to get them.

I really should get my order in. I have read such great reviews on these Madan brushes/combs.

Won't be needing for awhile as Vincent just got groomed and lost his lion look. So right now he is basically 'naked' except for his tail! Poor guy had so many mats in his ears. I don't know why when he was neutered and shaven down they left his face and ears alone. I was shocked to see how little his ears actually are after his grooming!

He is still my beautiful buddy boy.
Hair will grow.. and I need to get the right supplies.

I understand about the naked look (once we went away for two weeks vacation without my fluff and when we came back, that was all the groomer could really do with our Zoe). I have a CC brush also (never would I spend that much on a brush for me :wink5:) but I actually use the Madan one more than my CC brush.

I think the pink and the red are of the same quality and softness. But check with Jenny or the original post where she lists what each brush is for and then decide. I am almost sure that the pink and red are the same type/style brush, just different in color. :D Let's not go and give Benny a complex..........unless you plan on getting alittle girl maltese, then pink will be okay! :p

I must admit I was thinking about it too...funny, brushes for the girls cost more than any brush I have for me. Marco almost fainted when I told him how much the CC brush was.

I finally put my order in!!

Can hardly wait till I get the brush and comb.. and for Vincent's hair to grow out!! I am so glad I am getting the right supplies needed for this little guy.

Got my brush and comb today. That was quick!!
Used brush on Vincen't tail and it worked great!! Also getting him used to being brushed on his body. His hair is growing a little.. doesn't look quite so naked now. :wink5:

YAY!! :yay_jump: Mitzy still does not sit still to long for brushing but she likes it just doesn't want mom to take so long :tounge:
