Hmm Idk.. In the ingredients is there anything about xylitol (sp?) which is in sugarfree candy, just not sure whats in a "gummie" lol. Also citrus extracts are bad for dogs and may make him throw up, you wouldn't happen to have seen what flavor?? :o
I am a bit worried about it.. Just because thats alot of "vitamin" to take in at one time for a dog.

He's not acting weird or sick is he??

If you think its going to be a problem and he starts acting weird, I would go ahead and induce vomiting. If you have a syringe and 3% hydrogen peroxide, give him one teaspoon of the peroxide and it should induce vomiting. But if he is acting ok then I wouldn't bother with the emisis as it may be rough on his body and throat

I would call and emergency vet and see what they say.. I know when I take vitamins sometimes they make me sick so I can only take them every couple of days. Or you try calling the poison hotline, I'm not sure if they could tell about dogs but they might

The vet could tell you whether or not to induce vomiting

Andrea I found this site.. It says to NOT give dogs vitamins as they are dangerous

Oh the things our dogs can get into! I know that one time (years ago) my dog had mastitis and I crushed up a vitamin, yogurt and lord knows what else to build her up and she was fine. At the time I didn't know that human vitamins could be harmful so would NOT recommend it now.:hearter:

I do hope Nemo is going to be okay! If you need to find out you can always call the ASPCA Poison Control Hotline at 888-426-4435 and ask them.

I would have thought for sure we would have had an update by now. :(:(:(

Yes he is ok :p I called my vet and he told me to watch him, I told him the size and texture and he said he would be fine. He asked me if he regularly eats them  (It was a joke that I didn't get) I told him NO this was the first time ever. So far so good and he did poop ..

I think Nemo will be fine Andrea, except he may turn into SuperNemo. I agree with the vet,I'd watch him for anything abnormal. I bet Nemo thinks he got a special treat.;) Give that sweet boy a hug for me.I'll say a special prayer that the gummie vitamin won't cause him any problems.

YAY..............glad that Nemo is ok!!! Can never assume anything they aren't suppose to eat won't hurt them. Good thing you checked with your vet! I didn't think it would hurt him but one never knows these days what small ingredient would hurt them but not us! (Big hug for Nemo)

I did assume that in the beginning and then I was like wait maybe I shouldn't think that way ? Like I said he has gone NOW 5x . He went this morning also . I think he is fine and just pooped it out :p
Anthony dropped it by accident and I was like oh it's ok :o I realize now I should not be that passive..
Again thanks to everyone for helping me :D
