They are both soooooo cute! I know they will find forever homes. These beauties will not be on Petfinder for very long. You have to be really quick with an application when they are young and in good condition. Of course, they won't adopt out of the FWD area so that leaves a lot of us out of the question to even applying.
Thanks for the post! Spreading the word to help find them a good home is always great!

Jess the ad says they were surrendered due to illness. Perhaps, just perhaps the person that had them, was the one that became very ill and it broke their heart to surrender them.
The only reason I am saying anything is because I went though this with my Sheila. She had a Maltese and tried VERY hard to keep him, even though she was going through very painful chemo and so many other issues. Finally when she could walk no longer and nothing was improving she let me take Jag to my Father In Law's home.
Sometimes, just sometimes, it really is no one's fault, but sad all the same.

I don't know what I will do after Alex. For now we have decided that there will be no more dog after him. But... if I came across a dog of a certain age who has been given up because of illness or death of the owners I would go for it.

I just wanted to let you know I have a female maltese and I live in Savannah tx. She is very lonely and used to having her momma around. (No longer around). I would be interested in a maltese recue. Anymore in the future...please let me know.
Thanks,
Kathy May
