I also made this neat little snuggle blanket for my grandaughter..........yep used a doggie pattern to make it but she will never know. Thought it was a pretty cute idea for trips out to the store. She won't be able to use it for very long but I just thought it was cute! :p :p What ya think??? :)

Then my dil has all her crib items in white eyelet and she wasn't able to find a changing table cover for the pad in eyelet so here is where grammy comes into action. I made her two and she was tickled to death! I was soooooooo happy to be able to make it for my sweetie! :)

Actually I do have the pattern for making that...........but Sydney comes first or maybe I will practice making one for Mia to perfect it before I make it for Sydney. :p :p

I am going to take my sewing machine out of the box and learn how to use it.
Those look way better than store bought items. That is one lucky baby.

Definitely get out that sewing machine and put it to use..........hopefully we will be having another GE and the quilts make great gifts and are easy to make, just a bit time consuming but they are always one of a kind when you make it yourself! It's as easy as 1,2,3.........I know you can do it! :)

I gave up when the tread got all knot up in the fabric and my lines were never straight:(. Yeah that's how bad I am. But I will give it another try. Thanks for the encouraging words.
