Oh my gosh! I have completely fallen in love with this baby. My husband and I decided to foster for the maltese rescue in OKC and thought we would only have them for a couple weeks at a time. This is our first foster and we have had him for two months... Now we have become attached... We are trying to stay strong and not flunk out of fostering. I am not sure if we will be able to let him go, he is just so sweet. Only problem is that he needs a home where someone will be home more to let him out more often, as he has a VERY hard time holding it. Anyway, just thought I would share a picture of the little man that has won our hearts. Wish us all luck!

Aww.. He is a cutie!! I've never fostered animals but I grew up in a home where my parents always had foster kids, and your right its so hard to let them go. Especially knowing (or not knowing) the battered and neglected homes they came from. I think the difference is though that when the dogs leave your home, they have already begun to improve and when they leave they are (in most cases) going to a great home with a caring family that will continue your hard work in making them great dogs!!
However  There are those "special" cases where you know you just can't let them go :wink5:

Robby is so cute!! I know how hard it can be to foster and then have to say good-bye. I hope it all works out well for you and Robby, and if it comes to him staying with you, then we will look forward to watch Robby grow up on MT.
Good luck.

Robby is a cutie!!
Think of it this way, if you flunk fostering this baby, you get to adopt a dog you already know and love!
Good luck with your decision, but I know he will have his forever home. :)

He's adorable & I can understand how hard it would be to give him up. I'd make a terrible fostermom. I mean,I'd actually be good at it I think, but I would probably not be able to let any of them go to new homes.:o

See, that would be the hard part for me too. AFter a couple months I would have to keep them and before you know it STeve would have to move out cuz there would be no room for him at all:tongue5: Nope I just couldn't do it, but i sure admire those that do!!!!!!!
Robbie looks like a total luv bug :hearter:
