Was just watching the 6 pm news and they showed a Maltese mom and her little baby. The family found an abandon baby squirrel and the mommy has accepted it as one of her pups. It showed the mom and baby squirrel nursing and her own pup sleeping right there with them in the pen.

:p Thats so sweet.I have heard of different animals taking babies as their own, always loved these stories~:D

Years ago, I had a maltipoo, our cat had kittens and would not take care of them, Dallas, my maltipoo raised all 4 kittens, she was the happiest mom in the world.
