well chip's been an amazing dog so far and hopefully for years to come.
He's getting better with his crate only wimpers on and off.
I was forced to pry out a aleve pill (god knows where he got it) from his mouth.
he has learned how to sit and jump on command (most of the time-- especially for a treat)
still having potty accidents but we are working with him-- at least no accidents in the crate.
he's really spastic when its him and ashley and i have to go do something outside of the house.
he seems to be more calm with me.
he got his boosters yesterday and checkup through banfield (all is well-- bet the vet felt stupid cuase he really wasnt terribly sick as she thought, with the throwing up the first few days). he yelped at the shot i hate needles and couldnt watch. we had him microchipped they took him in the back he yelped really loud i could tell he was in pain-- but it had to be done. He is tired of having stuff poked in him... (rump area epecially) so now hes microchipped and aca registered.
he brings me and ashley and the rest of the family joy (excluding the cat who is horrified at him...lol).
he has an obbsession with sleeping on my head at night well on the pillow right above my head. its so funny.
when we find the usb cord for the camera we have more pics and videos to share so be on the lookout! =-D

I know you all are probably tired of hearing about us brag about our baby... but he really has been bringing us a lot of joy. We've had him for five days now and we couldn't be happier with our choice. He is definately a little trouble maker and he keeps us on our toes at all times but we love him so much. Last night he started trying to teeth on my elbow again and today we took him on his first real walk, but was cut short on a detour to see my best friend and her 3 month old baby girl. Right now he's spread out on our bed between us, sleeping. We love our new baby so much. :-)

OMG he is such a cutie pie! Where are you guys from?? You dont have to answer that, its just that I wanted to let you know that you may want to find another vet. I was taking Mia to Banfield and they were charging me like 200 for her shots EACH time I went it!! I found a new vet that charges MUCH less and she seems to love them! just my 2 cents!
I am glad that he is doing great! I just love the pics!

yup.... even at 3 am in the morn AHHHH! i was hoping for some sleep but o well.
if you dont mind me asking how much was the plan in san diego or did they not have one... i think its more a supply and demand thing... his breeder told us if we wanted we could bring him there and hed give him his boosters for free everything except the rabies one.
the plan includes him losing his little manhood... poor fellow...

Adam, when I got LB I didn't get a proper night's sleep for 3 months LOL:sidesplit: Once Chip is fully trained, you and Ashley will be be back on a normal sleep cycle. I slept on the couch for about a month when I first got LB because she would calm down only with me and sleeping on the couch.

Yep, Yorkies are a blast! Toby wakes me up each morning with the most gentle kiss on my nose to let me know he has to go out!!! He's such a sweetie. Kallie my maltese is a "sleep in" sort of gal. Both are loads of fun and unique in their own way!!!!:)

We took him on a walk last night through a park. It was probably about a mile and a half walk... and he did it all by himself! (and was exhausted afterwards.) We got pics though with our baby at nice scenery points!

pardon my nosiness, but he looks very young. Is he not too young to walk yet through public places? Has he had all of his series of 5 in 1 shots?
If not, you could be asking for something seriously very scary. Please don't walk him until he's had his shots finished. If he has, good for you, he is adorable.
