Sorry for being MIA

Hello again my MT family!
I've had a hard time getting on here, been feeling really bad with the fibro. Been sleeping a lot, lots of cramping, even new areas on my body are cramping. The migraines had come back and now I have bad pain in my jaw. I don't grind my teeth, but it appears I clench my jaw really hard, esp. while sleeping and my jaw joint is in bad pain. I had to get fitted for a mouth piece that I wear at night and can also wear during the day when the pain starts up. Eating and talking can set it off.
My husband had a scare, we thought cancer had come back, but all good. He had to have another colonoscopy and the Dr's were happy with the results.
But, last week he had rotor cuff surgery. So, he's laid up with that and then we thought he had blood clot, but an ultrasound ruled that out.

Jack has been a good boy, but he's still a real stinker! Keeps us on our toes all the time. Doing great in Nose Work.

So sorry to hear about your health problems. This is not fun. Hope you will feel better soon. I have problems of my own but nowhere as what you are going through. Hugs.

Hang in there. Glad your hubby's cancer didn't come back! I still wear my invisaline retainers every night so hopefully the mouth piece won't be too bad. The retainers don't bother me at all. (Hope you aren't a mouth breather). Tebow and your hubby can commiserate about their recovery time. (Although I think it is us that get the worst end of that deal).

Wow, Cheryl.......can't you just get one thing at a time? I bet you wish you had some control over that. Glad the hubby's cancer isn't back. You two are a mess! Please feel better soon.

Mr. and Mrs. Messed Up are still hanging in there! He still has the sling on, not happy about that, but hopefully next week it comes off. He is in therapy 3 times a week and has exercises for at home.
I'm still not feeling well, the heat has stopped, but now the cold will take over in irritating me. I love the cool weather, but the fiber doesn't. The migraines have stopped for now but the jaw joint pain is still getting worse. I wear the retainer all the time. When I eat something on the side of the pain I have this horrid crunching sound and popping sound that goes up into my ear.
I'm going to have to find some kind of specialized dr. to see for relief.

Yes, TMJ. I have to find an oral surgeon to help me. This can be brought on my fibromyalgia. I'm just surprised it took me this long to add it to my list.
